Charlie Wood
Partner
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He brings over 20 years of financial and corporate experience across senior executive roles in both public and private enterprises, with a strong track record in strategic and capital markets advisory.
Charlie specialises in the natural resources and technology sectors, advising and supporting growth companies listed on AIM and the ASX. He maintains an extensive international network of equity providers, institutional investors, and private capital partners across Europe, Africa, and the United States.
In addition to his role at Orana, Charlie is a Director of Terra Nova Resources, a specialist gold investment vehicle focused on identifying and advancing high-quality gold assets globally. His responsibilities include business development, deal structuring, and investment execution. He also serves on the fund’s Investment Committee.
Charlie’s deep sector knowledge, combined with his capital markets expertise, positions him to lead on complex cross-border transactions and deliver strategic, value-driven outcomes for clients and investors.

Fiona Wilmot
Partner
Fiona graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA in French and German and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She began her career at PwC in London where she specialised in the banking and asset management sectors for the audit and regulatory divisions, before joining Graphite Capital Management LLP, a private equity firm, where she successfully applied her strong technical skills to a wide range of complex business settings.

Anthony Eastman
Partner
Anthony Eastman is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand with a number of years’ experience in financial management and corporate advisory services, primarily in the natural resources sector, along with extensive experience in the public company environment, having been a director and company secretary of a number of ASX and AIM junior mining and oil & gas focused companies.
He has previously worked with Ernst & Young and CalEnergy Gas Ltd, a subsidiary of the Berkshire Hathaway Group of Companies in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Sarah Cope
Partner
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience in UK investment banking and corporate advisory, advising small and mid-sized companies on corporate governance, strategy, amalgamations and disposals, capital markets and regulatory compliance.
She has predominantly advised AIM listed companies as Nominated Advisor and Broker, assisting publicly traded companies to raise finance for their projects around the world. Accordingly, Sarah has an expert understanding of listed company regulations and compliance.
Sarah has previously co-led and successfully developed the oil and gas franchise at Cantor Fitzgerald and also held similar roles prior to that at finnCap and RBC Capital Markets.
She is currently a non-executive director of AIM listed Helium One Global Ltd, Directa Plus plc, Eneraqua Technologies plc and Smarttech247 plc.

Ryan Neates
Director of Operations
Ryan brings extensive experience across corporate finance, accounting, and operational management. As Director of Operations at Orana, he also holds senior roles with several London-listed companies, providing him with a strong understanding of public company governance and capital markets.
Since joining Orana, Ryan has supported over 15 corporate transactions across a range of sectors, including his role as CFO of Helix Exploration Plc, where he played a key part in their corporate development and financial strategy.
In addition to his transactional work, Ryan oversees operations across a group of businesses, equipping him with practical expertise in both corporate and operational finance. His broad skill set makes him a valuable partner for companies looking to scale and optimise performance.

Ilenia Favarato
Finance & Accounting Executive
Ilenia is AAT Level 3 qualified and holds a Diploma in Accounting earned in Italy. She also earned a BA (Hons) in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation from the University of Padua, Italy.
She began her career in Italy, gaining valuable experience in administrative and financial roles across several companies. After moving to the UK, she dedicated the first few years enhancing her English language skills and adapting to a new professional environment.
Prior to joining Orana Corp, she worked in the Finance Department of The Salvation Army as an Accounts Payable Assistant.

Eva Serrao
Business Manager
Eva has over 25 years of extensive corporate finance operational experience within office, facilities and procurement management as well as being a NEBOSH qualified Health & Safety Manager. Before joining Orana Corp she worked for New College Capital Ltd, T. Rowe Price Investment Management and Barclays Bank Wealth Management where she was Head of Department and held the senior position of Office & Facilities manager helping implement and manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001, organisational structure, processes and procedures.

Adam Monaco
Senior Manager
Adam is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand and has over 8 years experience. Adam began his career in audit and assurance with RSM Australia where he specialised in working with SMEs. Whilst working as an external auditor he worked in a variety of industries including mining, manufacturing and biotech.
Since moving to the UK Adam has primarily worked with high growth VC backed tech start-ups. During this time, he used his previous experience to develop comprehensive solutions for complex financial and operational issues.
Adam graduated from the University of Western Australia with a double degree in Pharmacology and Accounting/Finance.

India Attlee
Finance & Accounting Executive
India is a qualified Accounting Technician (AAT Level 4) who is currently working towards obtaining her ACCA qualification. She started her career at Virginia Hayward, a hamper company, where she gained experience in bookkeeping, intercompany reconciliations and sales invoicing throughout a time of significant company growth due to Coronavirus.
Most recently, India worked at Langham Hall, a fund administration company, where she assisted in clients' audits, VAT returns and Management Account preparation. India also helps with the bookkeeping of the charity 'The Archie Life Foundation', which has just gained charitable status and is in memory of one of her school friends.

Louise Adrian
Senior Manager
Louise graduated from Oxford University with an MA in Theology and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She started her career at Arthur Andersen in London where she gained experience with global energy companies, auditing accounts, reviewing financial and budgetary controls, and critiquing operational strategies.
Since joining Orana, Louise has worked with established and newly listed companies, creating corporate governance protocols, producing annual report and accounts, group consolidations and cash flow analysis. Louise also holds a PGCE in secondary education and is a Finance Trustee for a Multi Academy Trust.

Gabriele Law
Finance & Accounting Executive
Gabriele graduated from Lancaster University with a BSc (Hons) in Accounting, Finance, and Mathematics.
She began her career during the COVID-19 lockdown, taking on a hands-on management role within the NHS to support the national vaccination rollout. She subsequently transitioned into an accounting-focused role at a perfume distribution company, where she gained practical experience in financial operations, bookkeeping, and preparing monthly management accounts.
Gabriele is currently pursuing her ACCA qualification, with a strong interest in developing her career in corporate finance.

Justin Drummond
Corporate Broking
Justin brings over 20 years of experience in public markets, having founded, invested in, and advised multiple successful companies across the technology, telecoms, and investment sectors.
He was the founder of Gaming Corporation plc, which listed on the London Stock Exchange via the reverse takeover of AIM-listed Chrome Technology plc just one year after inception. Under his leadership, the business grew from a £500,000 seed investment to a £50 million market capitalisation within four years.
In 2012, Justin transitioned from executive roles to focus on corporate finance, having previously served as Chairman of AIM-listed Media Corporation plc and Clear Leisure plc. He was also a Non-Executive Director of Coms plc, the best-performing AIM stock of 2013, which reached a £65 million valuation prior to its acquisition.
To date, Justin has successfully led and supported capital raises exceeding £100 million across a range of industries.

Fungai Ndoro
Finance Consultant
Fungai brings a blend of corporate advisory and board-level experience, particularly with growth companies engaged in capital market activity. She has worked in the City for over fifteen years and has spent most of her career as a corporate adviser, advising public companies and executing a broad spectrum of corporate transactions on the London Stock Exchange, AIM and AQSE.
She brings a combination of deal execution acumen, regulatory compliance, and strategic governance to the team. Fungai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University.

Sebastian Wykeham
Corporate Broking
Sebastian is an experienced capital markets professional with over 20 years in fund management, corporate broking, and investment banking, with a particular focus on UK and international growth companies in the healthcare sector.
He was previously Director of Healthcare Specialist Sales at Stifel Financial Corp., where he led the firm’s engagement with a broad range of healthcare clients, supporting capital raises, investor engagement, and strategic advisory.
He currently runs Peak IR, providing specialist healthcare broking and investor access. Earlier roles include senior positions at Cenkos, Astaire Securities and WH Ireland reflecting a strong track record across corporate advisory and public markets.
Sebastian is known for his deep sector knowledge, capital markets insight, and practical experience supporting healthcare and life sciences businesses through all stages of growth.

Charlotte Woolgrove
Finance & Accounting Consultant
Charlotte graduated from Durham University with a BSc in Computer Science and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. She started her career in Edinburgh at Cooper & Lybrand, PWC subsequently, and worked with a range of clients in diverse industries.
Audit assignments included a secondment to the Seattle office working on a Global Telecoms client. Since leaving PwC, Charlotte has worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Central Project Services and was a Finance lecturer for the professional training companies, BPP and FTC, in Financial Markets. She also worked as an exam marker and consultant for ICAS Education.

Joanna Czocher
Accounting Consultant
Joanna Czocher holds a BA (Masters) in Accounting and Finance from the Cracow University of Economics University and is also AAT Level 2 qualified.
Prior to moving to the UK, Joanna worked as an accountant for EXCO A2A, the Polish subsidiary of the French Group EXCO, an accounting services firm and was responsible for the financial and management reporting functions for a number of medium-sized clients.
In addition to her finance degree, Joanna also holds an Agricultural Economics degree from the Agricultural University of Cracow Engineering Studies and spent her pre-accounting years working for the Polish Government Agency for Agriculture.

Ruari is a qualified chartered accountant and a former approved Qualified Executive under the AIM Rules for Nominated Advisers.
He has been an adviser to both quoted companies on the London Financial markets and private companies for over 30 years, working at a number of financial advisory firms, including Arden Partners Plc and WH Ireland Limited’s Capital Markets Division (both of which are now part of Zeus Capital).
