Orana's Role

Orana Corporate LLP has been a strategic advisor to Helix Exploration since inception. Our involvement began with the establishment and early-stage structuring of the business, including initial funding and preparation for an IPO on the AIM market in London. The IPO successfully raised £7.5 million to fund scoping studies and test drilling in 2024, leading into production drilling and plant development in 2025.

Orana acted as lead adviser throughout the listing process, coordinating with NOMADs, legal counsel, and other advisers, and provided full accounting support up until listing. Post-IPO, Orana continues to provide full-service CFO and accounting support, and has acted as Company Secretary since September 2023.
